The footage by Foundingblogger.com was blocked by CNN.  Why?  They did not want you to hear the truth.

However, Foundingblogger's footaged was played on Bill O'Reilly on the Fox News Channel.   O'Reilly discussed the incident with Greta Van Sustren, who described the CNN's reporter's action as like a rookie.

BHO, Hugo Good Buds Now!

Hugo Chavez, the Colombian dictator, and BHO are good buds now.   First they do the black power handshake then Hugo baby brings BHO a book to read.  (...as if BHO is not enough doctrinaire now!)   Only a few weeks ago, Hugo baby called BHO an ignoramus.  The Fox News Channels said they shook hands three times!

Democratic pollster Doug Shoen on FNC Sunday morning says that BHO's action was big a mistake.  "It was a huge win for Hugo Chavez and a defeat for America!" he said.

Here is an idiot that has embarrassed former American president.  He has cozied up to the Russians.  The Colombians played war games with the Russian navy.   Shoen said that Chavez has helped drug trafficing into the United States.  Now BHO shakes hands.   That was a big mistake!

Reality check!  If your president is a former crack head, then maybe he sees nothing wrong with scumbags like Chavez.

CNN does not want you to see the TRUTH.  This video ran on the Fox News Channel.  Now CNN blocked this video from the Foundingbloggers.com.  Why?   They are not fair or balanced.  CNN is doctronaire.  It is liberal.

Tea Party North Texas Style

Several thousand angry Collin County citizens stepped out to protest high taxation and run away socialism. The event occurred April 15, 2009.

If you missed this, you missed a great event. As protesters held up their signs, drivers waved, gave them the thumbs up sign, and honked their horns.

Similar Tea Parties took place from the Alamo in San Antonio to Washington, D.C.

Gov. Perry Affirms State Sovereignty Under 10th Amendment

The 10th Amendment is the forgotten amendment.  Who knows what it is?  

The Tenth Amendment restates the Constitution's principle of Federalism by providing that powers not granted to the national government nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states or the people.

That sounds simple enough.   

Today Govenor Rick Perry (R-Texas) re-affirmed the 10th Amendment.   Here is the text of the govenor's statement:

AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry today joined state Rep. Brandon Creighton and sponsors of House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 50 in support of states’ rights under the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

“I believe that our federal government has become oppressive in its size, its intrusion into the lives of our citizens, and its interference with the affairs of our state,” Gov. Perry said. “That is why I am here today to express my unwavering support for efforts all across our country to reaffirm the states’ rights affirmed by the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. I believe that returning to the letter and spirit of the U.S. Constitution and its essential 10th Amendment will free our state from undue regulations, and ultimately strengthen our Union.”

A number of recent federal proposals are not within the scope of the federal government’s constitutionally designated powers and impede the states’ right to govern themselves. HCR 50 affirms that Texas claims sovereignty under the 10th Amendment over all powers not otherwise granted to the federal government. 

It also designates that all compulsory federal legislation that requires states to comply under threat of civil or criminal penalties, or that requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding, be prohibited or repealed.  

HCR 50 is authored by Representatives Brandon Creighton, Leo Berman, Bryan Hughes, Dan Gattis and Ryan Guillen.

The Ravings of the Dead and Dying

Roger Ebert, movie reviewer and columnist for the dying, liberal Chicago Sun-Times newspaper, took a blast at Fox News Channel's Bill O'Reilly in his syndicated column on April 7.  

He took a bigger swipe at the previous owners of the Sun-Times, too.  In doing so, he shows that he believes that bad management is causing the newspaper's demise.  He does not mention falling circulation and plunging advertisement revenues.

Mr. Ebert is angry because O'Reilly called for an advertising boycott of the failing newspaper.  Mr. Ebert called O'Reilly a NAZI sympathizer.

Mr. Ebert wrote: 

Yes, the Sun-Times is liberal, having recently endorsed our first Democrat for President since LBJ. We were founded by Marshall Field one week before Pearl Harbor to provide a liberal voice in Chicago to counter the Tribune, which opposed an American war against Hitler. I'm sure you would have sided with the Trib at the time.

Justice Ginzburg Defends Foreign Law Use

The question of whether foreign law and court decisions should override laws created by the state legislatures and our U.S. Congress was defended by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Saturday, April 11, in an article in the NY Times.

Court decisions have the weight of law.   

“If we’re relying on a decision from a German judge about what our Constitution means, no president accountable to the people appointed that judge and no Senate accountable to the people confirmed that judge,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said at his confirmation hearing. “And yet he’s playing a role in shaping the law that binds the people in this country.”

But Ginsburg said:

“Why shouldn’t we look to the wisdom of a judge from abroad with at least as much ease as we would read a law review article written by a professor?”

Is Joe "Gaffe" Biden Telling the Truth?

Is Joe "Gaffe" Biden telling the Truth when he said he scolded Former President Geroge W. Bush in the Oval Office?

Biden, who is well-known for his gaffes, said he told Bush no one was following him as a leader. The assertion drew the ire of Republican strategist and long-time Bush aide Karl Rove.

Here is a excerpt from the Fox News Channel's web site.

"I hate to say this, but he's a serial exaggerator," Rove told FOX News. "If I was being unkind I would say liar. But it is a habit he ought to drop."

Biden a liar?

Rove added: "You should not exaggerate and lie like this when you are the Vice President of the United States."

This blogger believes Biden can easily prove his assertion. All "Gaffe" has to do is supply a date. Every meeting a sitting president has is recorded.

Biden's yarn continues ...

"I remember President Bush saying to me one time in the Oval Office," Biden began, "'Well, Joe,' he said, 'I'm a leader.' And I said: 'Mr. President, turn and around look behind you. No one is following.'"

The exchange is purely "fictional," said Rove, who was Bush's top political adviser in the White House.

"It didn't happen," Rove, a FOX News contributor and former Bush adviser, told Megyn Kelly in an interview taped for "On The Record." "It's his imagination; it's a made-up, fictional world.

"He ought to get out of it and get back to reality," Rove added. "He's making this up out of whole cloth."

Biden Ridiculed by Bush Aides

Rove's skepticism was echoed by a variety of other Bush aides, including former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer, chief of staff Andy Card and legislative liaison Candida Wolff.

They also disputed a similar assertion made by Biden in 2004, when the former senator from Delaware told scores of Democratic colleagues at a lunch that he had challenged Bush's moral certitude about the Iraq war during a private meeting in the Oval Office. Two years later, Biden repeated his story about dressing down the president.

"When I speak to the president - and I have had plenty of opportunity to be with the president, at least prior to the last election, a lot of hours alone with him. I mean, meaning me and his staff," Biden said on HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" in April 2006. "And the president will say things to me, and I'll literally turn to the president, say: 'Mr. President, how can you say that, knowing you don't know the facts?' And he'll look at me and he'll say - my word - he'll look at me and he'll say: 'My instincts.' He said: 'I have good instincts.' I said: 'Mr. President, your instincts aren't good enough.'"

Rove Challenged Biden's Assertion

On Thursday, Rove ridiculed the claim that Biden spent "a lot of hours alone with" Bush

"Joe Biden was never alone with the president for more than few moments," Rove said. "There was staff in the room the whole time."

Come on, Joe. Give us a date!

A Madrasah is a school. Obama said he attended a religious school. What religion? it was Islamic. What do they teach in an Islamic school? Perhaps one thing they teach in an Islamic school is "who your king is". Could that "king" be the keeper of the "sacred" relics of all Islam in Mecca and Medina?

Obama attended a Islamic school as a boy in Indonesia. That's in his book. Fast forward to 2009 at the G-20 summit in April and BHO meets the Saudi Arabian King. What does a man who has been well-schooled do? He bows to his king!

This blogger heard Obama tell an audience that he became a Christian when he moved to the Southside of Chicago. That was 20 years ago? What was he before that? Does Obama's deep, deep bow give any indication?
